Admin & Account Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of documents include revenue report, receipt, invoices, etc.
- Upload soft copy documents on Cloud Drive and keep a hard copy in file.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Monitor outstanding payment to ensure prompt supplier payments and bill payments.
- Compile and update petty cash daily.
- Compile and maintain records of sales revenue reports.
- Liaise with suppliers for payment arrangements.
- Liaise and follow up order confirmation or sales contract with supplier.
- Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
Required Skills:
- Familiar with MS Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel)
- Driven and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Central Kitchen Staff
Halal Cold Truck Driver
Working Location:

Tuesday to Saturday. Monday off day.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to respective outlets in a safe, timely manner.
- Inspecting and cleaning the vehicle.
- Finding the quickest and safest route to your destination.
- Complete travel logs.
- Able to follow accident procedures and report any accidents or delays.
- Conducting minor roadside repairs on the truck.
- Maintain a good relationship with outlet staff.
- Keep commercial driving licenses up to date.
- Assist in packing, weighing, arranging, labeling and stock take of goods for shipment or storage.
- Follow all ISO, Halal, and/or GMP guidelines in food handling.
- Prepare records of documents for any changes in inventory, mark-ups or markdowns of items according to established procedures, as required.
Requirement:
- Passionate about F&B & able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a minimum of two (2) year of working experience in driving lorry.
- Own a valid GDL license.
Kitchen Crew

Morning Shift 9:00am to 6:00pm / Evening Shift 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Oversee the entire kitchen operations include food preparation and production
- Supervise kitchen crew daily activities to ensure all process compliance with food and restaurant health and safety regulations and sanitation requirements set by MOH
- Maintain and monitor inventory of all needed supplies in the restaurant such as kitchen supplies, ingredients and cleaning products.
- Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
- Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sauce, in-house beverages, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
Requirement:
- Passionate about F&B & able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays
- Good team player and min 2 years experience in F&B
