Graphic Designer Internship

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create & brainstorm creative content for the company's social media & campaign
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Assist in execution of offline marketing and campaign set up
- Assist marketing team in various business development tasks
Required Skill:
- Fast learner and have strong career interest in Graphic Design & Content Creation
Students from Graphic Design, Multimedia or any relevant background are welcomed to apply - Must know how to use AI and Photoshop software.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
Admin & Account Executive
Working Location:
Tropicana Gardens Office Tower, Tropicana Indah
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Time:
9:00am to 5:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of documents include revenue report, receipt, invoices, etc.
- Upload soft copy documents on Cloud Drive and keep a hard copy in file.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Monitor outstanding payment to ensure prompt supplier payments and bill payments.
- Compile and update petty cash daily.
- Compile and maintain records of sales revenue reports.
- Liaise with suppliers for payment arrangements.
- Liaise and follow up order confirmation or sales contract with supplier.
- Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
Required Skills:
- Familiar with MS Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel)
- Driven and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Outlet Staff
Outlet Supervisor
Working Location:

Working Days:
6 days a week
Working Time:
Morning Shift 9:00am to 6:00pm / Evening Shift 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Oversee the entire kitchen operations include food preparation and production
- Supervise kitchen crew daily activities to ensure all process compliance with food and restaurant health and safety regulations and sanitation requirements set by MOH
- Maintain and monitor inventory of all needed supplies in the restaurant such as kitchen supplies, ingredients and cleaning products.
- Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
- Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sauce, in-house beverages, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
Requirement:
- Passionate about F&B & able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays
- Good team player and min 2 years experience in F&B
- Must be willing to travel different branches when necessary
Restaurant Crew
